Standard Home Inspection
When it comes to inspecting homes, I follow a comprehensive Residential Standards of Practice. That means I'll carefully examine everything that's visible and accessible, both inside and outside the house. From the foundation to the roof, I'll use the latest tools and technology to ensure no detail goes unnoticed.
Drone Inspection
I use a state-of-the-art, camera-mounted unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) or drone to capture images of unsafe or hard-to-access areas, such as tall roofs. I can get an up-close look at any issues and defects that would otherwise not be properly inspected and reported.
Infrared Thermal Imaging Inspection
I use an advanced infrared camera to uncover hidden issues. It translates heat signatures into colors, revealing energy loss, moisture intrusion, electrical hot spots, pests, and flue leaks.
